A5 Ohta Farms Striploin at Medium Rare Teppanyaki — Kobe

We had an A5 Striploin from Ohta Farms in Hyogo Prefecture at Medium Rare, the teppanyaki restaurant inside the Oriental Hotel in Kobe. The view from the counter is impressive, and the quality of the beef is consistently high. The service is also excellent, which makes the whole experience very comfortable.

This was part of their lunch course. It is simpler than the dinner course but still very satisfying. Along with the steak, they served a sukiyaki style striploin that was prepared with care and balance. A relaxing and well put together meal.
