Portugal- The Country for Retirement, Tourism, Food and Footbal
There is not a single lover of football who has not heard the name of Portugal. Portugal is famous for its beaches, Cristiano Ronaldo, Vaso da Gama. The best time to visit this country is from end of the April to end of the September.
Portugal is a southern European country on the Iberian Peninsula, bordering Spain. Its location on the Atlantic Ocean has influenced many aspects of its culture: salt cod and grilled sardines are national dishes, the Algarve's beaches are a major destination and on a clear day from the beach you can see Africa. The are of Portugal is 92,212 square kilometers and the population is almost 10.20 million.
Lisbon (Lisboa) is the capital of Portugal and other major cities are; Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Braga, Amadora, Queluz, Funchal, Coimbra, Setúbal, Agualva-Cacém, Almada, Rio Tinto, Aveiro, Viseu, Odivelas, Leiria, Guimarães, Barreiro, Évora, Faro, Portimão and Ponta Delgada.

More than 12 million tourists visited Portugal every year and its safety, pleasant weather, good food and cheaper accommodation always attract many retired people from the old. There are approximately 35,000 Nepalese people living in Portugal and mostly work in agriculture farm, and hotel industry. Portugal is very easy for migrants to settle, once you live here for five years, you can apply for the citizenship of this country. In 2020, there are estimated 420 thousands migrants from various countries.

Do you know that Portuguese language is spoken in 10 countries which are; Brazil, Mozambique, Angola, Portugal, Guinea-Bissau, East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Macau, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe.
