Travel to Lisbon, Portugal.
One of the oldest and the cheapest European countries.
Portugal has the perfect weather, beaches , good restaurants, cheap transport, lot of old churches, and TRAM. I just love traveling in TRAMS.

Again walking on streets is the best thing to do rather than fooling around with the regular tourists.

It's a must visit place , it's absolutely a heaven for budget travelers.
