Praia da Vitória Terceira Island The Azores Portugal A cruise ship destination on Terceira Island, we visit Praia da Vitoria on Terceira Island The Azores in the off season December 2019. The day we visited Praia da Vitoria it was cold and windy, the town is small and geared up for summer tourists. We took the Island / City bus from Angra do Heroismo for €2.50 per person each way which is very economical, the bus takes 50 minutes and departs every hour from both cities during the day.
