• Where do you ship from? - Portugal
• Where do you ship to? - UK, US, Australia, NZ, some EU countries, Switzerland, Norway (you’ll see full list at checkout)
• Why don’t you ship to all EU? - because of EPR (you can check EPR highlight on our IG, it explains it all)
• How much is shipping? - check delivery page, it depends on country & weight of the parcel.
• Who do you ship with? - DHL (CTT for Portugal only)
• What about customs? - All fees and duties are now included, you won’t be charged anything extra.
• I’m visiting Portugal, can you ship to my hotel? - Absolutely, please get in touch beforehand
• When will you restock “…” fabric - Most likely never because it’s deadstock, we don’t place orders, we collect what’s there.
