This elevator is next to an office building, the Moxy Hotel Lisboa Oriente, and the Oriente Train Station (which is one incredible work of architecture). Basically, this elevator takes you up and down a hill. If anyone knows a formal name for this place, let me know. The hotel, office building, and this elevator are quite new. Google satellite view shows this pace as the plot of land was being prepped for construction.
