The first day of our trip took us to the timeless town of Tavira. A picturesque white washed town with wonderful narrow cobbled streets and character a plenty.

On the outskirts of the town is situated the four star Vila Gale Albacora hotel. The base for our latest popular Portuguese addition to our holiday collection, "Walking & Bird Watching in the Algarve". Here we explored hotel rooms and the remote grounds surround by salt fields and wetlands a perfect backdrop to enjoy a unique and peaceful getaway from all the hustle and bustle!
