The Acclaimed Executive Chef Marie-Chantal Lepage, gives each dish her unique style and flare. Your palate is pleasingly challenged with various flavors of goodness. Loved how each dish is plated like a work of art. Mixing all types of cuisine for different cultures to create delicious creations to experience.

MOCKTAILS
Two Framboline: Raspberry and peach purée with club soda and lemonade
STARTERS
Two Soups of the Moment: Cauliflower soup garnished with flower petals, bacon, green onions
MAIN COURSE
Two Black Cod Entrees: Forbidden black rice, diced chorizo (sausage), green peas, delicate corn espuma (foam), pan-fried hazelnut-flavored foliate mushrooms, topped with a red bell pepper sauce
DESSERT
One Affogato: Cinnamon churros (Fried dough - Spanish and Portuguese cuisine), Amernoir liqueur, fleur de sel (flower of salt - sea salt from France) caramel, toasted marshmallow, and vanilla ice cream
