The Moroccan team arrived at their hotel by bus Tuesday to a crowd of cheering fans, after their historic win over Spain.

Morocco became only the fourth African nation to reach the World Cup quarterfinals, 12 years after Ghana did so, in South Africa.

Morocco will play against Portugal in the quarterfinals on Saturday. (Reuters)
