This city is so underrated!

I just came back from my second trip to Macau, and still love the captivating mix of Portuguese colonial history and vibrant Chinese culture! There is surprisingly A LOT to do, and if you're trying to cram it all in, don't worry!

Immerse yourself in the UNESCO World Heritage sites! Start at the iconic Ruins of St. Paul's, wander through Senado Square, and explore the charming streets lined with pastel-colored colonial buildings.

Experience the modern marvel of the Cotai Strip, Macao's answer to Las Vegas. Marvel at the sparkling skyline and resorts like The Venetian Macao (take a gondola ride!) and The Parisian Macao (Eiffel Tower views!).

Eat amazing Portuguese food and snacks!

If you're feeling lucky, test it out at one of the world-class casinos (remember to gamble responsibly!). Or, explore the high-end shopping and entertainment complexes.

Macao is super walkable in the historical center, but the Cotai Strip is spread out – utilize taxis or the free shuttle buses provided by the resorts!

You can easily get there by ferry from Hong Kong, but there is also an airport. And while there are tons of amazing places to stay, I loved my time at the Grand Hyatt, a perfectly located luxe hotel that's part of the City of Dreams entertainment complex.
