Tourism Innovation Competition is a joint initiative promoted by The Lisbon MBA and Turismo de Portugal (Portuguese Tourism Entity).
For this 2nd edition, the challenge was to develop innovative ideas that bring digital into the cultural patrimony.

At March 23rd of 2017, the International Conference for the Tourism Innovation Competition 2nd edition took place at Museu do Oriente in Lisbon.

We had guest speakers such as Elaine Chen from MIT, Yigit Yigiter from Timelooper or Filipe Morato Gomes from Alma de Viajante talking about Entrepreneurship and the evolution of Tourism in general and the Cultural Patrimony in particular.

The three finalists presented their ideas and one became the next project funded by Portugal Ventures for the implementation in our country.
