How is my Investment Structured based on 100 Investors ?
€ 10,000 = 1% ownership of farm
€ 10,000 = 1% ownership of Silves Palace
€ 35,000 = Establishment of 30 Hectares of Agriculture plus Renovations and construction costs of Phase 1 & 2
€ 2,250 Legal Fees
What your initial investment Includes:
Based on 100 investors
1% Ownership in the Palace in Silves
1 % Ownership in the 73.22 Hectare Farm
Development of 30 hectares of agriculture crops in phase 1
Renovation cost of the Silves palace in phase 2
Renovation cost for 480 square meters of accommodation on the farm in phase 2
Renovation of 1,000 sqm for the storage of equipment, building materials and agricultural support structures.
All transfer duties to register you as a Co-owner on the title deeds of both properties
All legal fees in Portugal to obtain D7 Visa for two people (Each additional Family Member would cost an additional € 350)

Instillation of infrastructure and construction costs of your own house for Phase 3
Average Construction Costs = € 1,000 per square meter
