Are Northern Europeans more productive and frugal than Southern Europeans? With one remark, something about alcohol and women, Eurogroup chairman Jeroen Dijsselbloem put relations on edge. The Portuguese, trying to work their way out of the crisis, are still furious about it three years later.

In this episode, comedian Nuno Duarte puts himself in Dijsselbloem's shoes to hear how his compatriots think about alcohol, women and hard work. And about paying taxes, which is going much better since the tax authorities started giving away expensive Audi's among good citizens.

Real estate agent Nuno Durão shows us another source of income for Portugal: the sale of capital villas to wealthy foreigners. Including a residence permit, a so-called 'Golden Visa'. Well-educated Portuguese leave the country just to find a well-paid job elsewhere in Europe.

In order to accommodate the large outflow, Portugal is one of the few European countries that has opened its borders wide to refugees. The Syrian Ali and his family were even picked up by enthusiastic citizens.
