This is one of the tourists cruise (Cruz) boats that sail across the Douro river to show tourists the beautiful landscape surrounding the river and its bridges. Some boats reach further into the lake, others doing a short trip to show tourists all the six bridges and the parts of the river that surround the main city of Porto. If I am not mistaken, that particular boat is around 15 euro for a cruise, but not 100% sure.
