Sailing Azores - 2019

2018 we went to our first sailing trip to the Canary Islands. It was great! We wanted more! We wanted to do it again! As soon as possible!
But our skipper Patrick went on how “the Canaries are great, but the Azores are just plain beautiful” and that we just HAD to come there with him next year. And so we did.

And boy was he right. The Azores are really beautiful! Not crowded by tourists, nice small villages and nature really did its masterpiece there. The landscape is just plain amazing. The weather was not too good for sailing, so we hired a car on two days and explored the heart of the islands. Wow!

We definitely have not been here the last time! We will be back! And we hope you liked our impressions of the journey!
