In just three years the rents in Valencia Spain have shot up by 60%. This is happening right now in Lisbon Portugal. This same thing happened in Panama City Panama and other cities around the world. And when it starts displacing the locals we think it's too much of a good thing. It's not just a tourist thing either, it's also a expatriation issue where the RAMM's keep pushing tourist traffic and potential foreign residents to these countries promising a cheaper and better life abroad!
